Rules And Regulation

Maximum Loan Limit – 5.00 Lakhs
Maximum Loan Period  -60 Months(5years)
Rate of Interest: 12%(E.M.I)
Eligible persons / Firms : Employees & Businessman (Must have Own House)
Purpose of  Mortgage Loan: Purchase of solar light
Security : 1) For employees -Salary Certificate.
2) For Businessman – Financial stamen from CA
3) Two sureties who have a SB A/C in our Bank and have a monthly income

Other Conditions
Solar Light should be insured in the name of Loanee & bank for theft, damage, natural calamities and other reason for the loan amount and loan period

Documents Required:

1. Quotation from Solar System Supplier
2. Solar system Supplier/Installer should be approved by M.N.R.E
3. Solar Panels and equipment must be certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian standards)
4. Permission from Power Supply Company(PPA) for Grid connected systems is required
