Urban Areas& Semi Urban Areas Maximum Loan Limit is Rs.40.00 Lakhs : ( 70% of Valuation Amount or Rs.40.00 lakhs whichever is less)
Maximum Loan Period  : 120 Months ( 10Years)
Rate of Interest :12.50% ( E.M.I )
Eligible persons / Firms :Individual persons, Business persons. Employees, Registered Partnership firms, Educational Institutions , Transport Companied and Registered Agency Companies.
Purpose of  Mortgage Loan: Personal / Domestic purpose.
Security : against non-agri property (Plot / Building)
Documents Requiredfor :

1. Registered Sale deed / Gift deed Registered / Partition deed.(Non Agri Property)
2. Mutation copy
3. Current Year Form No.3 (Urban areas) and Form No.9 & 11A (Villages)
4. Tax paid receipt
5. 18 years E.C
6. Previous financial Business Audit Report from Chartered Accountant. / for employees Salary Certificate.
7. N.A   Order& Layout copy.
