Maximum Loan Period  : 1 year
Rate of Interest : 13%
Eligible persons : Business persons.
Purpose of  CC Loan : Business development.
Security : against non-agri property (Plot / Building)

Documents Required for :
Fresh Cash credit Loan to Individuals:

1. Registered Sale deed / Gift deed Registered / Partition deed.(Non Agri Property)
2. Mutation copy
3. Current Year Form No.3 (Urban areas) and Form No.9 & 11A (Villages)
4. Tax paid receipt
5. 18 years E.C
6. Current Year Business License
7. Previous 2 years financial Business Audit Report from Chartered Accountant.
